Efficiency and Cost Savings Start with Melting

The process of obtaining molten metal from ingots, known as `melting,` involves applying heat to the ingots. The melting process forms the initial stage of mass production. In this stage, the mined material reaching the adequate temperature is prepared for the next process, which is `casting.` While it may seem simple in terms of definition and perception, the melting process is actually a more complex and technology-based process. Even in its most basic form, there are two ways to achieve melting: `temperature` and `pressure.` Additionally, we are aware that the cost situation of a foundry is greatly influenced by the efficiency of the melting section in order to offer our customers the most competitive prices. Due to the increasing prices of aluminum processed in the melting workshop, metal loss is a significant cost factor. Through our efficiency efforts, we strive to reduce melting costs, minimize scrap waste, and achieve the highest quality standards in our products.
